Adam, your 15 minutes of fame was split between being Jimmy Kimmel's second banana on "The Man Show" and being Drew Pinsky's comic relief on "Loveline". Yes, Ann can be irritating at times, but you, my friend...you simply don't rate.
I've seen this posted on a couple other sites. I have been known to criticize Ann on occasion but I won't take the side of a Leftist over her. The guy's a cowardly sleazebag.

I don't blame Carolla for being ticked. Maybe it wasn't her fault that she had the wrong number, but then she says she's tight on time? Uh uh. It's not HER show, it's not her show, it's HIS.
Anyone in the S.F. Bay Area can tell you that if you are late or a no-show on KSFO's Lee Rodgers/Melanie Morgan program, that's it. Lee will not let you back on his air until he's good and ready. Ask John Fund or Brent Bozell, they'll tell you.
Are we supposed to think that Ann had ASKED to be on his show, rather than the other way around?
I presume he asked to have her on the show, and she agreed. When she didn't have the number, she could have just moved on, but instead she got a hold of her publicist to try to get the number.
It apparently took over an hour to get the number. I'm thinking if I wanted someone on my show and they were late calling I would have had a producer call the publicist to ask where Ann was, which would have fixed the number problem).
But Ann kept up, and called when she could, and I bet he put her on hold.
Then when he puts her on, he calls her names and makes fun. Meanwhile, she simply tells him why she was late, and lets him know she doesn't have a lot of time because (I'm guessing since he cut her off) she has a previous engagement.
If Adam didn't want her on anymore, he could have told the producer not to connect her through. It is clear he got her on the air for the sole purpose of hanging up on her because she called in late.
It's his show, so I don't really care, and I bet Ann doesn't care because I'm betting it was ADAM who asked her to be on the show -- I can't imagine why she would care to be on his show.
But I can't understand how anybody gets out of this an attack on Ann. For all we know, she was going to apologize but Adam didn't give her a chance. I bet she DID apologize when she was connected to the producer.
Sometimes it is the publicist who flubs it and sometimes it is the station that flubs is. Having an idea of who runs Coulter's publicity operation, I'd be pretty likely to think that the station probably didn't give the correct back-line number.
The talent - usually promoting a book - actually has these interviews booked _all day long_. Coulter is in extremely high demand. Her typical speaking fee on a campus or at an event is around 50k - it wouldn't be that high were the demand not there.
Carolla probably hurt himself more than he helped. He is small time jock syndicated by CBS and his raitings are in the toilet. In LA, KLSX's ratings have plummeted in the last two books, he's been cut in half in Phoenix, and in the #4 market, SanFran, he is barely making book at all.
Coulter - love or hate her - is a ratings booster. And his job is not to do anything other than generate ratings to sell advertising. In this, he fails.

Queen Ann blew off WEEI's Dennis and Callahan show twice in the past month or so.
Didn't realize ADam Cryolla had a show anymore. The guy only talks about boobs and masturbation--how long could that last?
Carolla's politics are mostly South Park libertarian/Republican, not left wing. Coulter stiffed the show entirely on two previous days (without notice), then calls an hour and a half late on this day and announces she's tight on time. This was rudeness in response to rudeness. Too bad, because Adam had repeatedly commented that he was the only one in the studio sympathetic to Ann's views, so it would have been an interesting interview.
I'll bet Ann has a greater following then radio boy who has failed on TV ever since The Man Show.
