I notice that there seems to be a similarity between one part of the song Taylor will be cutting for his single and the hit of George Benson --- NOTHING's GONNA CHANGE MY LOVE FOR YOU.
This part of Taylor's song ....
"This is what we dream about...."
and
"Stronger than I've ever been now..."
HAS EXACTLY THE SAME TUNE/NOTES AS
"Nothings gonna change my love for you
You ought to know by now how much I love you"
I just realized this as I was humming the tune in my shower and my wife started to ask me if I was singing George Benson's tune ( the one we danced to when we were dating )....

My sister refuses to see anything by Sean Penn or Alec Baldwin...Okay, I agree on Alec Baldwin, but Sean Penn, IMHO, is a very talented actor.

Who is she engaged to?
Last year people tried to link her with Anthony Federov - I guess there really were not involved.

Thank you for the wonderful season and your cyber-friendship.
This has been about so much more than just a talent show. It was the American dream, a real cultural sharing experience, caring about people, and having fun.
AI made it right last night. The three odd cowboys, the Troy Aiken fan, Elliott's mom, Kelli doing comedy, the wonderful show with an incredible array of legends.
Thanks to those of you who maintained this thread. And, ping me with any info. You're all so wonderful, my friends whom I've not met, but feel like I've known forever.

Then, she started thinking about it and wasn't so sure. Said she didn't know who Meatloaf was. She said she was surprised by how theatrical Meatloaf was and that she had to bring herself to his level. I got the impression she was trying to be 'polite'.Went to Boston Conservatory, studied music, didn't know who Meatloaf is? He actually belts the songs out and dominates the sound, much like Katherine does. They actually do make a good power-duo.
Katherine could do worse for inspiration than someone who has had loyal fans for over 20 years to perform with.

That song seems like it was written to use in Hallmark ads for Father's Day or something. It is practically a McDonald's jingle. Did someone really think that was a pop song?

I think she knew she lost Tuesday night and so she was resigned to it and able to relax. I agree and maybe she was so relaxed because she wasn't being pushed anymore by parents. IMO she has been.

You're not on the list I thanked....but want to say the conversation on this thread has been as excellent an experience as AI itself. Thanks for the cyber-conversation.

Doug - I've heard Simon is actually very nice! Did you speak to him? I would not be surprised if you did!
To: grania
It was an understandable mistake, because you just mentioned the cowboys right before in the sentence.
And thank you! It has been a blast. It's so great to "meet" so many new (to me) freepers this way. You know, instead of the normal of arguing with each other on a news related thread. :-D
