That's interesting because I thought one of the reasons that Atta and the 3 others weren't looked into (ala Able Danger) was because they were here, legally. Any confirmation of this?

This administration has been lucky that their open border policy hasn't cost us a great deal more than it already does.They are bought and paid for by the illegal alien lobby to the extent that they are willing to jeopardize us all for the benefit of a chosen few.Some people might find this acceptable but I think it's a criminal act.President Bush might be fighting terror in the middle east but he's an arrogant fool when it comes to protecting us at home.
