Missing: Natalee Holloway participated in a trip with 125 seniors from Mountain Brook High School to Aruba in the Caribbean. In the early morning hours on May 30, 2005 Natalee was seen leaving a nightclub and getting into a vehicle. She failed to turn up Monday morning for her return flight home and she has not been seen since. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.
Profile: Natalee Holloway was born on October 21, 1986 to Beth and Dave Holloway. She grew up in the close-knit community of Mountain Brook, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. She was very popular and respected by her classmates and had a reputation among peers at being very intelligent and focused on her future. She lived up to her reputation, graduating as an honors student from the Mountain Brook High School.
Extracurricular Activities: During Natalle's high school years she participated several extracurricular activities including: The American Field Service - A club which interacts with the foreign exchange students. Dorians Dance Team Future Business Leaders of America Mu Alpha Theta - Math honor society Natural Helpers - A peer based emotional support group. Future Goals: Natalee received a full scholarship to the University of Alabama. She planned to major in Pre-Med, in order to pursue her goal of being a pediatrician.

Clint van Zandt on MSNBC, saying that apparently the prosecutors have come up with NEW evidence and it must be good enough, the new evidence & new circumstances, for them to be arrested in the suspicion of her pre-meditated murder.
Good news for investigation is that the clock starts all over from Zero for the holding & questioning of these suspects.
Clint van Zandt says that Joran prolly thought he'd be released on Sept.4, and that this might be a psychological SHOCK that breaks him, this MIGHT be a huge new development... sounds like NEW INFORMATION, or else confirmation of what they'd believed.
Prosecutors' letter includes some LEGAL phraseology, something kinda like that they are suspected of "...Rob a person of her liberty, and murdering her, and alternatively raping her."

What's your take on what they mean by using the word "alternatively" here? Sounds like they are misusing the word.
Just stating the facts. I guess that's not allowed. Whatever. I haven't read all the threads, and I haven't EVER said people should not be allowed to post till they drop. But please don't say that any of this has accomplished anything.

I think this is the verbiage they are using for kidnapping. Wonder if they will try to determine if she knew she was getting into a private vehicle vs a cab. If she thaought she was getting into a provate vehicle, but them wanted out how would they classify that? I'm just thinking out loud here.

Aruba is very lucky they are not dealing with some of the families I know.
If one of those families' had lost a child in Aruba like Natalee. I would say the(unfantastic four) would be enjoying the cold deep dark ground via a dirt nap.
Aruba is a web of corruption, collusion and accessories after the fact. Trapperbird, Schipper's,and Frito all seem to be fronting (obstructing) for the criminals.
Maybe PVDS's intense sweating will cause him to be stroke challenged.
