I meant the former, but both could easily be true.....in fact, all along I've assumed the latter is true.
Awww man, I got pinged to a removed post...what did it say? *lol*
Nope. Sorry, but it was not you.
Good point, Lizarde. I imagine that part of it is to start counteracting whatever the defence has? Maybe part is to save Aruban tourism? Who knows? There is a huge disinformation campaign going on and it does not surprise me to see any of them out there spreading rumors.
I don't know why they are using Satish's lawyer specifically. Satish has not been as central in the coverage, but maybe he is more involved and the lawyer is covering? Maybe he is working with Deepak's lawyers? That would be a conflict of interest, I think, but it may be part of their strategyespecially if the three are covering for more important people. I suspect we will eventually see all of the lawyers spinning for their clients.
What was that post?
"...using Satish's lawyer..."
I was fairly well impressed with his use and pronunciation of english.....he's a long way from that mumbling idiot TOTO as well as the other local lawyers that have commented.
Well, there it is. He is more user-friendly to an English-speaking audicence. Thanks, FRiend.
I still think some of the key is finding out more about suriname, and who these kalpoe brothers are, and who their family members are. (I don't ever watch Nancy Grace, but every time I type Kalpoe, I can just hear kalpoooooey!)

She is a little afraid, she is only 16 yrs old. Claims she was raped by Joran after being given a date rape drug.
Has gone to the child advocate in Aruba
Next step, her attorney takes it to the prosecutor
Happened early this past spring
At this point, she doesn't want to talk to any Americans or the press
She has said that they will not identify the young woman
I think she is depending on the fact that she can convince two other girls to come forward.
These are Aruban girls, the one going to police is 16
She was afraid to come forward because she did not tell her parents
"She was afraid to come forward because she did not tell her parents"
Nice. Having to live with that hell and adjust to being 16. That poor thing, probably trying to be cool and go along with the popular boy. Girls can sometimes put more pressure on each other than a boy can!
"...the one going to police is 16"
Hopefully, she was 15 at the time.....since the age of consent in aruba is 16. I can hear jorans lawyers now....consensual and "legal".....but that won't fly if she was 15 at the time. The involvement of the 'child advocate' would imply that this is the case, and possibly so with the other two as well.
Hey T,
Now who might that lovely mate be? A lady of splendor if I might say so, mate.
Running with the night,

Dear Lord, 16! This poor girl, it's sad that she felt that could not go to her parents. Joran has an awful lot of explaining to do!

ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) An Aruba group is seeking divers to continue the search for Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teenager who went missing nearly three months ago on the Dutch Caribbean island.
The group wants to lead the divers in exploring waters off Aruba's east coast, where Holloway was staying with 124 Mountain Brook High School classmates, said Eduardo Mansur, co-founder of the Aruba Search and Rescue Foundation, which has been helping search for the teenager since she vanished May 30.
Although the waters have been searched before, the group wants to try again with the help of a machine invented by an American who claims it can detect human bones and teeth under water, Mansur said. The inventor, Joe Walker, came to Aruba to help in the search, Mansur said.
"We have been working very hard on the case from the beginning," Mansur said. "We are following all leads."
Mansur said he and Walker are recruiting local divers. He said they will start when enough divers volunteer.
Holloway, 18, of Mountain Brook, Ala., vanished in the early hours of May 30, the last day of her trip. Police and hundreds of volunteers have scoured the small island and coastal waters in vain for her.
Joran van der Sloot, a Dutch teenager who has acknowledged being alone with Holloway the night she disappeared, is the only person still in custody in the case. Van der Sloot, 18, has said he left the Alabama woman on a northeastern beach near the Marriott Hotel and did not harm her. He has not been charged.
Ewwww! Why is it that women today seem to have so little respect for themselves? Too many women/men view themselves/women as sex objects. I think it's sad.
