Firefighters drain a lake, Tuesday, July 26, 2005, in Oranjestad, Aruba searching for Alabama teenager, Natalee Holloway, who vanished nearly two months ago while vacationing in the island. Yep. Apparently the pond filled up after the storm came through.

That is exactly the sort of thing that occurred to me. Water seeping in from the ground could make their job of pumping out all that water more time consuming.

The discussion of that made me leave SM in a total rage. All those prissy women saying the DNA was obviously from Nat and a guy,,you know the rest. It sickened me, there was a bit of glee at those statements.

Thanks for that information, cajungirl. So, if the pond filled up due to the storm, then it probably isn't likely that one, or all, of those young men knew it would fill up. Then again, how soon after they were seen near the pond did the pond fill up?

My son and I were thinking that perhaps this pond is filled every year by man, not by storms.

Apparently. But what? If he's holding out for that shoe...he may be sadly disappointed. Nothing else he held out hope of has panned out. If they find a (supposedly) shoe, I reckon they'll pull a Cinderella and see if it fits joran? lol

And I'm not aware of any evidence whatsoever (again, up to this point), that shows "she met with foul play."

So the fact that she has been missing all these weeks is not evidence? The fact that several attorneys and PIs have stated they are convinced Joran and the Kalpoes did away with Natalee is not evidence? It is true that much of the evidence is circumstantial, but nevertheless it is evidence. Do you demand as evidence videos of them raping and killing the poor girl?

I cannot speak for Free Republic or Jim Robinson, but it is a very conservative site. You are no conservative. Indeed, anyone who would call her son a chick magnet is a screaming liberal IMHO.

It was MRS. VDS that got back from Holland
a few days after this happened. joran was
being looked after by dad...PAULUS.
