Exclusive: US Representative Tom Tancredo in Response to U.S. Nuke Threat: We Could Nuke Mecca 15 July 2005: He is a no-nonsense House Representative from Colorado, a staunch critic of the federal government's lax immigration and border enforcement policies, and one who recognizes the clear and present threat posed by Islamic terrorists inside the United States. In an exclusive interview today with Pat Campbell, host of AM 540 WFLA said yesterday he would request a briefing from the Justice Department on information it has on plans revealed by WND this week for a nuclear attack on the U.S. by al-Qaeda. Responding to a question by Mr. Campbell about our possible response to such a threat, Representative Tancredo said that there are things that could be done to pre-empt a threat, and in response to an attack as well. One response would be to take out one of their holy cities with a nuclear bomb if it was clearly proven Islamic terrorists were behind such an attack. Through the courtesy of AM 540 WFLA and Mr. Patrick Campbell, the Northeast Intelligence Network is offering the audio excerpt from this interview. Click on the link below to download the MP3 audio and listen from your computer. The Northeast Intelligence Network applauds Representative Tancredo for all of his anti-terrorism efforts to keep our country safe. We also applaud Mr. Campbell for asking the tough but necessary questions - AND getting the answers.
Here is the quote from Tancredo! "What if you said, if something like this happened in the United States, (and it was the result of extremist Muslims) then we could take out their Holy Sites!"
To validate, listen here:
He did it for a reason. To provoke the Islamic extremists into initiating the prophesized Biblical endtimes.
Not that we don't need a good housecleaning, mind you.
BUMP
Now if you decided to hunt down and kill all of Ted Bundy's extended family...
I didn't know they were muslims....but with a name like
Bundy I guess it should be obvious.
How many civilians live in Mecca as opposed to Tehran or Damascus? If you're going to draw a comparison to Tokyo and Dresden, then Mecca would be low on the list to begin with.
I would be shocked if our nation's leader(s) decided to nuke anything..
"A massive conventional response may be more appropriate."
That would be worth considering.
Perhaps you didn't understand. I'll try again; Buchanan and Tancredo are allies on immigration, thus the collaboration on the PAC.
Tancredo supported the War in Iraq, Pat Buchanan did not.
Agreement and cooperation on one issue does not automatically mean agreement on all others.

I love it when candyasses such as yourself talk so tough.
" Uh stellar dorkhead bay buchanan is running tancredo's so called "stealth" campaig."
LOL!!! This dane guy has got to be one of the most idiotic individuals I've ever encountered on FR.
Dane, quit embarassing yourself...you're dodging questions like a typical leftist. Let me post my link once again, so you can address the questions:

I expected the United States to go on a war footing after 9/11. I expected the borders to be sealed, a military draft, factories to be converted to making war materials, etc. I saw none of that. Instead we're playing some PC war crap that is resulting in our soldiers getting killed over there. The casualty numbers would be FAR lower if we weren't being so careful about not hurting anyone's feelings, disparaging anyone's "culture" or "religion", or causing collateral damage. This is World War III, dammit! Act like it. And if those who represent us, from the House of Reps all the way up to the White House, don't hurry up and recognize this we are doomed.
Tancredo blew it big time by saying that. Newsweek will pick up the story now, and the psycho terrorists will kill a couple of our guys because of it.
Have a look at the target lists for all those places mentioned. They weren't just attacks on civilians.
"Nobody thinks he would get the nomination. Tancredo himself says as much. He would only run to try and make immigration/border control an issue. And that would be a good thing. We've seen with Bush how truly awful a 'conservative' can be on the issue, and with potential front-runner McCain trying to pass an amnesty through Congress, it would be nice if there were at least an attempt to get some conservative values injected into the borders/immigration debate."
Excellent post. Someone here "gets it".
Wouldn't it be a good idea to kill the terrorists first? I thought that was the general idea with going in to Iraq in the first place.
Great Idea! A Pig Fat bomb! Just drop it in Mecca, the ragheads will avoid the place for centuries!
Then pat if he had an ounce of principle decency would withdraw support from tancredo.
He won't though, to many bucks coming into "tancredo's" PAC, and going into the leaders pockets(pat and bay buchanan).
How long are you going to put up this charade.
Dorkhead? Making fun of someone's FReeper name? Is this what passes for mature debate in the junior high school you must be attending?
I see you're still furiously digging.
Oh no I was with you until you went ot the place of suggesting that Muslim's, aka "The Religion of Peas", would hide weapons and other tools of war in their most holy site............ :-) I think you are correct
Exactly. It no longer matters that he is correct on the border issue.
Finally, finally finally. Someone actually came out and said what we have been saying since 9-11. %iss with us again...we nuke mecca. Hotdamn.
