It's only false witness if they say they saw him do it.

That's a mighty restrictive definition of the word "witness." But, if it allows you to make accusations for which you have no basis, I guess it works for you.

You aren't seriously gonna take the position that it is acceptable to accuse Michael of beating or strangling Terri into a brain-damaged condition without a shred of proof that he did so - are you?

To wit, we ALL saw him do it...and he had accomplices.

Truth will out. A man in love would not have put the family of his beloved through what MS did, even if there were suspicions. But a family that knew Michael loved Terry would never have conceived of such a notion and flatly denied it...IF they had not had reason to. Michael gave them reasons to suspect in spades, and that tombstone is permanent evidence of that.
