Amen. What this case proved to me is that if I stick to Conservative principles such as State's Rights, seperation of powers, I will be proven correct.

and I haven't said that I don't believe the coroner report. I am simply saying that in light of what it says, perhaps Terri was much worse than many believed. But for me personally, I am not sure that the way she died was appropriate, no matter.

It's all a matter of timing.... She probably recieved the best care of anyone in the world until the jury award was made, then everything was stopped and she wasn't even allowed to have her teeth brushed!!!!!!(My God, how awful!!!)

I'm sure that's true. I wonder if it was 'thorough' enough to sort out the damage prior to the dehydration/starvation and what occurred as a result of same. (Not even sure they can do that, since autopsies on persons who were dehydrated or starved to death are rarely done.)

Her brain was 1/2 the normal size in the autopsy. Her brain was larger before they dehydrated her.

Just heard this on the news... sounds like a thorough and painstaking report. It should put some of the controversy to rest.

You know, everyone has been waiting for months to get the results of the autopsy, chanting it will show Mark to been a murderer..... All were so positive it would prove MS as an abuser.

Well, here we are and now those same ones are slapping down the autopsy, b/c it does not prove, in any manner, Mark Shivao did anything wrong.

The M.E. said she collapsed because of a potassium imbalance. But she had been hydrated before the potassium screen was taken an hour and a half after her admission to the hospital.

So many questions unanswered. So many doctors' records missing.

Nobody said it was appropriate; but I do agree with you that she was actually worse off than some people will ever admit.
