I'm trying to remember who delivered the commencement address at Milton Academy in 2003.
Gosh, who was it...

You'd think that the Boston Globe, of all people, would understand that this is not news. Happens every day, all across America, though perhaps not in the school locker room.

There's no doubt that this particular behavior pattern has spread widely on account of one man, bill clinton. An honest news article would have mentioned his example and the changes it has made in our culture. Oral sex among teenagers has increased considerably because of his example and the corrupt media and Democrat politicians who shrugged his behavior off.

From another article in the Boston Globe, 2/20/05:
"...........On the sprawling campus of neat brick buildings and well-tended athletic fields, where former president Bill Clinton delivered the commencement address two years ago as a favor to a friend whose son was graduating, some students tossed a football on the grassy quadrangle yesterday. Many declined to comment, saying teachers had told them not to speak with reporters."

... when asked to comment, the unidentified girl declined, as she had been raised not to talk with her mouth full.

I'm sure a young girl with this talent could get an internship at the Clinton Library.

This hits the same time we find out that President Bush doesn't want kids to know about his past indiscretions. The further we get from his presidency, Clinton just looks worse and worse (which is awful, considering his starting point).

Milton Academy sells condoms in the bookstore and bills the " unsuspecting" parents as pencils, now this incident occurs and the parents and school are shocked.

Times have changed (as they always do). When I was in high school I didn't know of a single girl who was even "alleged" to have performed oral sex, let alone any who would even talk about the subject. The topic was left to male fantasies and porn stars. Seems like now days, not only do high school (and younger) girls talk about it, they seem to have no problem with actually performing the deed!

''As far as we know this is an isolated incident," academy spokeswoman Cathleen Everett said yesterday.
I think this should be classifed as a "round robin" incident rather than an "isolated" incident.

NOT a problem according to our former president...............
