There's no doubt that this particular behavior pattern has spread widely on account of one man, bill clinton. An honest news article would have mentioned his example and the changes it has made in our culture. Times have changed (as they always do). When I was in high school I didn't know of a single girl who was even "alleged" to have performed oral sex, let alone any who would even talk about the subject. The topic was left to male fantasies and porn stars. Seems like now days, not only do high school (and younger) girls talk about it, they seem to have no problem with actually performing the deed!
