What's wrong is the flag. That flag (The Stars and Bars)was the battle flag of the Confederate Army. The NATIONAL flag of the Confederate States of America evolved into a white field with the stars and bars where the blue field with stars is on Old Glory, and a thick red stripe running lengthwise down the opposite end of the flag.
One unspoken benefit of a Northern loss in the Civil War is that there almost certainly would have been no Spanish-American War, and likely no U.S. entry into World War I. Without extensive Philippine possessions in the Western Pacific, likely no U.S./Japanese War in the 1940's. (It is almost inconceivable that CSA - without a Pacific coast - would have entered into war with Japan. ) The U.S. and C.S.A. might eye each other warily across the Mason-Dixon line, but neither would be inclined to entry into needless foreign wars.
And, yes, slavery would have ended in the South before 1900, although, perhaps with forced repatriation of the Negro slaves to Africa, which was Lincoln's preferred solution.

Jeese, one of the worst movies every made. It turned people into bizarre caricatures of themselves. Besides, his military skills notwithstanding the man was a dirt bag. He refused to let one of his officers leave winter camp to visit with his dying wife and children, then brought his wife to spend the winter with him. There was, for a long time, the view that his own men killed him out of hatred.

This "movie" will be the Hollywierdos attacking the red staters for re-electing Bush. Nothing good will come of this movie.
Think about this though. Had the Civil been fought to a draw and both sides withdrew to their respective corners you would have a map very RED-BlUE state like.
Now at the time you would have an industrial north and a much weaker south based on agriculture. But that would have changed with needed industrialization.
Ok extend what happens next. The Union merges with Canada and moves closer to Europe. As the South competes with the North economically as it industrializes after the Civil War ends the map of the continent looks more like the United States of Canada vs the Red States.
If you like alternate history stuff there is one author Harry Turtledove. He does alot of that kind of stuff.

If the South won? France would have driven up into a thoroughly weakened CSA from Mexico with Emporer Maximillian. Britain's plans to retake Florida and their former colony would have started out with a multi-pronged attack from Canada, Jamaica, Bermuda, and the Bahamas after instigating massive riots in the North among the Irish immigrants. Russia would retake California, Washington, Oregon, and parts of Alaska only to lose it in an agreement between London and Tokyo after Japan annihilated the Tsars forces called in from the Crimean, Ukraine, and Afghanistan to reinforce a beleagured Pacific Imperial Army. Japan would have won consessions and taken all of its Pacific regions, bringing about a power vacuum in the Middle East, Asia Minor, and British-french possessions in Asia.
Considering the former scenario, without a USA no one would have fed starving France after the Franco-Prussian war, allowing the spread of disease throughout Europe. The Kaiser and Hitler would have been victorious without the USA existing to turn the tide in both wars for the allies. Japan would have invaded and conquered Australia and India and become the sole ruler of the Pacific.
No one would have stopped communism.
Good thing the CSA was dissolved by act of war to retain the USA. The world would have been a different place. GoUSA!
