Which of your civil liberties have been eroded?

How do you recommend we go about taming corporate power while trying to remain competetive?

If you are interested in what I have said over at Common Ground Common Sense, I'm using the same handle both places, and you should feel free to come over and look around.

Sounds fair to me. Is there a specific link to a list your posts?

Why do you want to "tame" corporations?

What kind of liberal do you define yourself as?

For instance, where do you stand on taxation, abortion, the Second Amendment, Emininent Domain, tort reform and the War on Terror?

I'm here because I think agreement is overrated and that critics can be your best friends

Okay, you are probably wrong about 95% of the things you think you believe.

List your top ten liberal issues and positions and let's see how many survive scrutiny.

I'm here because I think agreement is overrated and that critics can be your best friends: they keep you from getting sloppy or careless.

Out of curiousity, what's your take on Democratic Underground? When I've lurked there I've noticed they don't invite much criticism.

My general Freep observations in my short time here:

We generally give our country the benefit of the doubt. Conspiracy theorists better have more than just an unsustantiated opinion.
There is a strong Pro-Bush feeling and support but I feel there is wide disparity on a lot of idealogical issues that will make the next candidate in 2008 more contentious.

For what it is worth.

Well, I've been trying to do the redistribution of wealth thing that everyone has been going on about.

But no one told me that robbing banks was illegal!
