The deer hunter accused of killing six hunters and wounding two others in the woods of northern Wisconsin is believed to have resided in the Toledo area as a youth and attended Jones Junior High School.
Chai Vang, 36, of St. Paul, is listed as a student at the South Toledo school during the 1982-1983 school year, according to Toledo Public School documents.
Willie Braggs, a social studies teacher at Jones, said he remembers Mr. Vang as a student. "He was in my class in 1982 and he seemed like a pretty good student," Mr. Braggs said. "It was a real shock [to hear of the shootings]."
A wave of Laotian refugees was brought to the Toledo area in 1979 and the early 1980s. They were resettled here with the help of church groups and other local sponsors. It was not clear yesterday when Mr. Vang's family came to Toledo or when they left.
By 1994, only about 35 Hmong families remained in the area, largely because many families moved to other cities where there were more jobs available and larger concentrations of others in their ethnic group.
About 24,000 Hmong live in St. Paul.

You answered question #3.
How about #1 ?
The analogy is that the liberals and trolls who try to post inane comments or stir up trouble, are so weak, a kiiten is all that is required to deal with them.
I do not believe this thread is still going.
Aww, that hurt. Seriously, Wisconsin was 12,000 votes out of 3,000,000 some from being a Red state. Most of those 12,000 could be put to massive voter fraud in the metro areas. Same story in 2000, newspapers were reporting college kids voting eight or more times and the AG said "No credible evidence".
Wisconsin is a beautiful state with much to recommend it. It's often said we have four seasons:
Almost Winter
Winter
Still Winter

PS A belated THANK YOU for your KW service, God Bless and keep all our active duty troops and veterans. All gave some, some gave all.
Just wait until I figure out how to post videos. I have something that will put you in hysterics.
Wilkers said that he had told Vang to leave and was staying to make sure he did. He did not ask anyone to come. He did not call for help. His friends came of their own violation, probably worried about him being out there alone but not looking for trouble as they came unarmed.
After Vang began shooting, it was Hesebeck who called for help.
Road Repair..thats where they turn the potholes upside down, right?
There was no posse.
Let me see if I can get to work on my website. BRB
You have implied it repeatedly.
I read the report. If you are asking me how calling the other hunters provoked Vang, I'm not the one who said that calling them was wrong...you are. I'm simply asking you why that provoked him. In other words, why was it wrong?
To answer your question- the other hunters were the nearest to him. Knowing the area, the hunter knew that LEO were far away. He felt that there was security in numbers so called the others. Only a nutcase would start firing on superior numbers when offered an opportunity to retreat peacefully. Both men were armed. It was a standoff. I suggest that the victim took the next logical step to remove Vang from his property- he called for the nearest aid.
Yes, some conclusions could be drawn couldn't they? I am drawing one right now in fact.
