In all honesty, the sexual concepts in Christianity and Islam are far more similar than either is to most other religions in the world.

Based on what? Your opinion? This writer included the hadiths upon which Islam is based. If you don't agree with what is written then you have to take it up with Muhammed because it is all based on his living experiences. Very little of what was written in these hadiths coincides with Christian beliefs.

OK. So you are one of those guys that likes to roughshod lump things together. Christianity promotes virginity before marriage and Islam stones them to death for violations (Christians are not bound to the OT verses dealing with stoning - or did you not know?). It's all the same to you. Fine. Whatever you think doesn't affect me anyway.

You are voting for Bush, aren't you?

The main difference, as I understand Christianity, is that God allows for redemption, and punishment is reserved to Him.
It's called "Free Will", brothers and sisters, and God gave us that just as surely as He gave us life.

The practise of covering women is to make them less visible to the "Fallen" or "Watchers". Their belief is these rebel angels are still active as physical entities. I think they're right, but with a twist, the rebel angels ARE still around and they practise Islam.

I have read what is purported to be a translation of the Book of Enoch. This Book also contained a section pertaining to the life of Noah, the great-grandson of Enoch. It's a very interesting and enlightening read.

My buddy got back from Iraq about 4 months ago. He was in the Army Civilian Affairs unit. He said a study was done in country that stated that 70% of Muslim men in Iraq had been sexually assulted/dominated by another man when young. Shades of ancient Greece I guess.
Wonder what that does to a society? I think we are seeing the effects of that today with the violence of the Islamofascists.

Yes, I know thats one interpretation. At times in the past, the average Christian would have disagreed with you. You can still find some today, if you look hard enough.

No. It's not just one interpretation. That is what all of the main Christian denominations teach. And why is that? Why are the OT teachings and the specific laws in the early books not required to be commanded as law by Christians? That's your homework assignment.

There are videos which show women being stoned to death. I've seen them. Haven't seen any reports or videos of Christian women being stoned? Have you?

"It shall be as in the time of Noah"

It's what brought destruction upon Sodom and Gomorrah.

It was the ultimate ruin of the Greek civilazation.

An Afghani warlord is often judged by how young his "boys" look, and how many he has.

We are dealing with evil in its truest form.

A lot of words to confirm you don't know of any Christian's stoning women and don't understand why the OT laws are not required to be obeyed by Christians. Your point about someone always disagreeing is meaningless since all mainstream Christian denominations agree that Christ's salvation means Christians are no longer "under the law".

But you can study that further to understand why that is the case and understand how that represents a major difference between jewish, christian and muslim religions. That's your homework assignment. Get after it. Your arguments are lame and shallow and you're embarrassing yourself with your ignorance.

Your examples reflect criminal activities of non-Christians. No mainstream Christian denominations promote stoning. Yet these are ordered by mainstream islamic clerics in accordance with the Quran and the hadiths. You say they are all the same?

Correction. You are not only ignorant but stupid.

Also, why do Christians not believe in stoning?
