Levin: Kobe talking plea deal for non-sex crime

According to Harvey Levin ("Celebrity Justice") from sources connected with both sides in Eagle, Colorado:

1) Kobe accepts a plea bargain for a non-sex crime misdemeanor such as Third-Degree assault. (misdemeanor, Kobe might get probation, wouldn't have to register as sex offender).

2) Kobe settles the civil case. Pays a financial settlement. Gives letter of apology saying, "that even though Kobe Bryant belived that he was doing nothing wrong, that she felt she had been assaulted in the hotel room, and for that he was sorry."

No plea deals struck, but parties talking about it.

This poster had popped up on the Laci threads about a month ago, without any real knowledge about the case other than the tabloid spin and proceeded to insult most posters on the thread. He/she picked up one supporter/fellow troll, coined the phrase "Laciettes" and proceeded to make a nuisance of her/himself.
A look at posting history says allot about ones ability to contribute to this forum...or shows that they are here merely to raise some hell.
I would think it takes up too much of ones energy to be pissed off at the world all of the time.
I have a better time having civil discussion...

If he pleads out it's because he doesn't want a lot of negative publicity coming out, including all past affairs, possibly discussion of another Laker's exploits, and the like. If he had any sense he would have spend one one hundredth of the money on a high class call girl last year instead of going for a freebie from a not so attractive hotel employee. Clients pay them to go away, in the words of Charlie Sheen.
