I'm not sure why... That was just a post directly from what he had in his weblog. He claims that the string was originally entered into his system a few months ago and implanted on the UBL video as a hoax.
I'm very hesitant to believe Twexus is anything other than what the webmaster claims it is. Personally, I think it has been 'hijacked' by people trying to make something out of nothing.

Intense heat hinders firefighting, forces evacuation

WEWOKA - A chemical plant burst into flames Wednesday afternoon just north of downtown Wewoka. Although the blaze claimed no lives, the plant’s two buildings were destroyed by fire so intense firefighters were ordered to back away.
