I liked the graphics. They're chock full of information.

And some are just designed to make ya smile :-)

So when we point out that Bush isn't exactly a stellar conservative, and you idjits jump all over us... you must have gotten hit with the stick then right?

First point: who declared you and your ilk the Mikhail Suslovs of the conservative movement?

Second point: he's as conservative a President as you're going to get in 2004. If you don't like it, tough. Whining will not help you; it is also not a conspicuously conservative trait. Slow-rolling the GOP like you morons did in the 1992-2000 period will help you even less. When you don't vote in general elections for a decade or so, you can't really claim to be the base...especially when the GOP starts winning without your help.

If you want things your way, you can do one of two things:

1. Start producing votes and winning elections. This involves liberal application of the commodity known as "hard work."

2. If (1) does not appeal to you, go to the local Burger King.

"Peach's entire chart is pointing to areas where Bush has conservative values.... "

The chart is the advertised GWB...after the product is purchased, you are a bit disappointed with what you bought. Did you ever see ads on TV for restaurants, how about big juicy hamburgers...then it's not the real deal.

Actions speak louder than words, and this President's actions/inactions are quite revealing.

If immigration and spending were the only issues, the statement "Bush is a leftist" would be 100% true. Think about it:

Abortion - Bush is a leftist?
Our relationship to the UN: Bush is a leftist?
Our relationship with Old Europe: Bush is a leftist?
WOT / Iraq : Bush is a leftist?
Religious Freedom: Bush is a leftist?
Global Warming/Environment/Kyoto: Bush is a leftist?
Judicial Appointments: Bush is a leftist? (Maybe a wimp, but a leftists?)
RTKBA: - Not neccesarily conservative, but leftist? (ie proposing new gun-grabbing laws
Cultural/The Family/Values: Bush is a leftist?

I'm sorry - there is no way your statement is true. Bush isn't conservative on a few issues (there is a difference between not being conservative and being a leftist), and they may be important to you, but they are not even 30% of the entire equation. You cannot discount the other items just because they aren't at the top of YOUR list.

"No, because the Conservative movement doesn't advocate electing Democrats as some here have"

IF and when a Dem is more conservative than a Pub, the choice is easy.

Who would you rather have as President...GWB or Sam Nunn? GWB or Zell Miller?

Sounds like you vote straight party line at any cost.

""Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow conservative." -- Reagans Law"

The operative word here is "Conservative".

If it don't walk like a duck, don't sound like a duck and don't look like a duck, it ain't a duck.

More of these over-the-top slogans... did you see the list of his conservative actions in office in just the last three years? If not I'll post it for you.

Speaking of menus, you have Bush or Kerry to choose from. Choose Bush for an imperfect meal, maybe, based on how far you are to the right. Choose Kerry for something completely toxic no matter where you fall on the scale.

GWB--Sam Nunn voted against Operation Desert Storm and worked unceasingly to kill SDI.

GWB or Zell Miller?

GWB, because Zell Miller elected Tom Daschle as Majority Leader, and refused to back up his bluster about the evils of liberalism with action to stop same.

Sounds like you vote straight party line at any cost.

Sam Nunn and Zell Miller voted straight party line at the expense of their alleged "conservatism," but you hold them up as paragons of conservatism.

Tell Mr. Soros that he needs to hire a better grade of troll, and return your paycheck to him.

No matter how often it is repeated it will still be incorrect.

You have Bush on the Republican side. You have an unnamed Democrat (possibly Kerry or Dean) on the Democrat side.

The occupant of the Oval Office on 1/20/05 will be either the Republican nominee, or the Democrat nominee.

Which one do you prefer to see in the White House after January 20th, 2005? Pick one or the other, and state your choice publicly, good sir.

If you don't like it, tough.

So just "eat sh1t and like it" is what conservatives are getting from the GOP these days? And you think that is going to win you votes?

Tancredo. Paul. McClintock. Dozens of other REAL Conservative Republicans already in office that are every bit as electable and infinitely more conservative than your boy George.

Voting for the lesser of two evils only works if the "lesser" evil actualy is the lesser. With a $2.4 trillion dollar budget loaded full of pork and not a single veto... are you sure you got the right guy?

After seeing Peach's graphics, I might rescing the "Bush is a leftist" for the spending category as well. That just leaves immigration.

So you see nothing wrong with a choice between a cup full of pudding with a teaspoon full of feces, and a cup full of feces with a teaspoon of pudding?

Sorry, we would rather have the 100% no feces pudding. No matter how many of you step forward and tell us that you really can't taste the feces in your brand of pudding.

The occupant of the Oval Office on 1/20/05 will be either the Republican nominee, or the Democrat nominee.

Which of course doesn't mean that no other choices are available. Much to the disappointment of the power mongers.

Pick one or the other, and state your choice publicly, good sir.

I intend to exert my rights and vote for someone else, or no one at all.

NONE OF THE ABOVE should be a choice on the ballot as it is in reality.
