Ok... Now, here's a question I'd really like answered - I can see how the DNC can be considered Public Enemy #1, and I have no problem with that whatsoever, but what about so-called Republicans who vote and act exactly like democrats, with the only difference being that they have an (R) after their name - what do we do about those? Can we add them to the list, too, since they are essentially democrats, or are we to remain bound to the Eleventh Commandment?

Thanks in advance :0)

I don't know how Jim will anser you, bu here is my opinion.

RINOS are living on borrowed time. As long as we don't have a super-majority in the Senate or House, we will have to tolerate them, because what ever failings they have, they do vote for Republican leadership, which is very important.

If we cn get a super-majority, then we can lean on these people to get them to change their ways or face replacement.

Until then, we have to live with them, annoying as they are.

Mostly, those are the most conservative politicians that can be feasibly be elected in those areas...at this time. Hopefully, over time we can move them further right.

Eleventh commandment.

I see it this way, of our two major parties, one party or the other has control over the House, the Senate and the Presidency. The party that is in control sets the agenda, decides what legislation goes to the floor and or is passed, which bills get signed into law, which treaties are executed and which judges get advanced and confirmed. At this moment in time, I do not wish any corrupt socialist America hating Democrat to have any say at all in any of these matters so important to our national sovereignty or our freedom. I see the Democrat Party as the party of evil. I want it totally destroyed and a new party (hopefully not as evil and not as far left) formed to take its place.

Firstly, JimRob - Good post and I generally agree. The DNC has done more to harm this country than even the taliban could do.

Mr. Fairbanks, I think what we need to do is make a gradual turn back to the right. The country has been hijacked and brainwashed by the left since the 1930's (or perhaps longer) through our schools, newspapers, and other information institutions - corrective action isn't going to occur overnight. We will get to those RINO's after we remove the greatest threats to liberty - the extreme leftists and their minions.

Chad, yes, RINOs are an issue. They're a blight. But let's keep the bigger picture in perspective and allow ourselves to fight smart within coalitions to destroy the real enemy. Take it somewhere else. Not this thread. For at least one thread, let's all at least agree that these dems must be defeated and destroyed.

Valid question and concern as those Rino's may have a (R) after their name but then they can vote with the dems. We just have to keep working at getting real conservatives elected. In the meantime we have to put up with M. Cantwell and P. Murray (it hurts just to type those names). Hope we can vote them out next time. If we could only get rid of King Co. (figuratively not literally).
