So having the poster in a home is somehow more threatening than flashing it on a TV screen for millions a-la SNL's Bush crosshairs photo?

Now, I'm not saying that possesors of such are getting their advanced rocketry degree anytime soon but it is just a picture, all be it a provacative one and you can't let 'Rats go around flashing it and then stomp on individuals for it...

As I said, I give the benefit of the doubt to the government in this case. You must persuade me that said individual, having posters of POTUS and VPOTUS with crosshairs as well as weapons, marijuana, etc. was a law abiding citizen who was not threat to anyone.
