As I said, I give the benefit of the doubt to the government in this case. You must persuade me that said individual, having posters of POTUS and VPOTUS with crosshairs as well as weapons, marijuana, etc. was a law abiding citizen who was not threat to anyone.

Crosshairs and pot aside, I don't consider gun laws to be valid, so someone with a cache of weapons like this guy had is not automatically disqualified from being a "law abiding citizen" IMO.
