Hair, alkhin and Ruthy, I need help with this one!

The road goes ever, ever on! Down from the door where it begun. And I must follow if I can, persueing it whith weary feet.

It's not the whole poem so I pinged some of the Hobbit Holers to help.

Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Hi Pippin...I am only just catching up to Freeper threads...what is this thread about??? I am afraid I am not much of a poet...and am probably poorly qualified as consultant for such literature. I am one of those malformed souls who has no feeling for poetry...
