I saw Charlie live in Tuscaloosa back in the 70's on a double bill with the Doobie Brothers. Great show. One of the best concerts I ever remember was Charlie on the steps of the capitol in Nashville in the early 90's. No double bill - just HIMSELF for more than 2 hours. YAAHOO!!!!!!

So do I. It was 67 and windy here last night. I put doorstops in front of the open doors to keep them from slamming shut after one upstairs slammed and the dogs ran baying up the stairs believing an invasion was in progress.

HOMEWORK:
Hans Kibitzer of the UN weapons inspectors office is truly "only-looking on while uselessly making comments" when he supposedly went into Iraq in search of weapons.

It's already been done by the master. Here's my poor attempt, slightly similar to the one you did.
WhyisaTexasgirlinpa?
I'd tell you if I could explain it away.
They packed up their bags, went northeast for his job
Left the west Texas prairies for a big city mob
They get lonesome at times. Who wouldn't, you know
When Jerry Jeff Walker sings on radio
So they'll visit at times to make the longing go away
But her home's with her family- so in PA she'll stay.

so, in essence, I have more character than dubs....... No darling you are a character, that's not the same thing as having character.

I just lined 'em up to see who was longest. But by count, the final score is:
Truth - 20
Txgrl - 19
dubya - 18
To: secret garden
OK, show off. I was making a rhetorical comment in reference to you saying, I'd have pinged you but your name is so long Whyisa, not exact quote.

Wrong question tiger. The only question I have is: Is that paint for the butterflies and flowers edible?
To: hobbes1
Dubya, an opinion ?Those are no transvestites.
But hobbes man you are the one that says AnnC is too skinny. She outweighs either of those two.

Yes, Isabel is making an appearance at my party...just like Floyd did back on the eve of my b-day in 1999.

Oh well, at least we're all stocked up on food, propane, water... and booze!
Thanks for the birthday wishes!!
My best friend and I are going out to celebrate tonight... his birthday was yesterday.

While secret was counting charactersinpa, did she happen to notice that Whyisa has had more characters in 'er than dubs?
