When have I ever tattled?
To: RikaStrom; LindaSOG
Hey, Teach, did you know the Goddess, Miss LindaSOG, gave me an exam on Saturday out of nowhere, over at the Canteen? All by myself, I got to make an ass of myself in public AGAIN. I failed so abysmally she gave me detention and said I had to clean the blackboards. AND polish her apple!! Are youse two in cahoots or something??

I am far too sleepy, to enumerate your transgressions in that regard, but your lack of regard for the obvious musical genius of Pink Floyd, places you in the fink category anyhow.....

Keep looking for evidence of tattling but secrets are safe with me. Ask xs. ROR!
To: hobbes1
Lack of regard? That's generous. I think they're crap. ;)
To: hobbes1; Lostinacademe; Agnes Heep; secret garden
Maybe Miss Lostinacademe has something to say about the genius of Pink Floyd.

Arghy! Not you too! I thought you were our resident musical savant! Oh, the humanity...
To: hobbes1
That's just plain nasty. Shame on you.
To: Argh
Yes, but I doubt if it would be complimentary.
To: secret garden; Lostinacademe
No, not me, Miss Garden, I loathe pretty much all popular music except for nostalgia puposes. I just noticed Miss Lost is in musicology and might have something to contribute.

Oh wait, perhaps I judged your remarks too quickly. Were you quoting some of Floyd's more esoteric lyrics?
To: Argh
I'm afraid not. I listen to some popular music, but Pink Floyd is not one of my first choices. I rather consider the seventies a pimple on the face of time.

I wasn't looking for complimentary, more like illuminating-to-humourous. Not that I intend any ill will toward my buddy hobbes. I've been reading Graham Johnson's 45,000 word exegesis of Winterreise and am fed to the eye teeth with popular music's emptiness, that's all.
