Er... well, I never take more than two ibuprofin but today I felt so lousy I took two batches of four. I've been told by someone who should know that this merely knocks it up to perscription strength, and certainly it made me feel human again. Should I not do that? Do I have to suffer?

Jen, you're right...that's the prescription dose. 600-800mg. Don't do it more than twice a day and don't drink in alcohol and don't do it for more than a couple of days and you should be ok!

The explosion was unbelievable. Just heartbreaking. The explosions were bad but the real damage as I could see it was the shrapnel that flew burning into the surrounding businesses and neighborhood. There was nothing to be done, people were evacuated and we just watched as houses burned to the ground. It was so dangerous that the fire dept. couldn't get close enough to put them out. An entire parking lot of cars was just incinerated.

It was several miles away from me...North, I'm south. Just incredible damage.
