The Hobbit Hole IV – The Road Goes Ever On…
Posted on 08/04/2003 9:43:18 AM PDT by HairOfTheDog
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
The Road Goes Ever On
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

I got some I wish I could send to her.
Like the kid that told me my lecture was overkill the other morning. He says we gotta move on to something other than orthographic drawings in drafting class. HELLO! *slap!*

PE and I might even be able to make a visit if yer in Dallas. Yep. I was kinda thinkin' that if Bear and Rose have to drive through on the Interstate that would be as good a place as any for 'em to stop and eat a bit. Whatdaya think about Denton? How far are ya'll from Denton? That's more of a straight shot for me.

Around here, you aren't even allowed to spice them up to make them less deadly. Nope. Just potato in pasta. A little parmesan cheese if you're really lucky.
Any wonder I went on the Protein diet? At least "I'm on a diet" is a polite excuse.

Denton is about 30 miles west on 380. We're south of 380 and 75 about 5 miles.

I hit F8 more than any other key when I'm teaching. Students are always trying to get that from the status bar. F8 and F3 are my friends!

I hit 380 in Decatur to head that direction. That's my route into Dallas. Don't even try to go west to east through the metroplex. Go around and hit it from the north out of Denton.

Don't even try to go west to east through the metroplex. Yeah, I know what you mean. My mother is in Arlington. I don't have a choice but to go through the Metroplex to get there and BOY what a hassle.
