I'm not into brie, but I've been know to consume a seven, without the seven. Pickled eggs? Never had one.

Goodness gracious, you must try a pickled egg. I take it that you do not live in the south. What the bartenders do is just drop boiled eggs in the gallon jar after all the pickled bologne has been eaten.

But, me, I have a more refined and tasty recipe for them, as I am not a lazy bartender.

And in cajun country, they serve pickled quails eggs. Some people, yankees usually, swear that they look like eyeballs.
