At this rate, you'll soon enough have the chance to buy it back, again, for pennies on the dollar.
Hang in there.

Oh, I see.
I'm not supposed to understand.
And yet when we men fail to understand)or figure out that women are interested), women get mad at us?
*scratches head*
Now I shall have to reboot my skull, you've locked up my skull..

The weird thing about this location, I can't find any decent coffee houses. Something with a roaster on the floor, a few seats outdoors, some tacky graffiti for art on the wall, and some barista serving coffee whom all the guys come to say hello to. Buy an Espresso Machine for the house.
Office Coffee is supposed to be vile. Its purpose is to keep you awake, not make you happy and contented.

An 80 year old man went to the doctor for a checkup and the doctor was amazed at what good shape the guy was in. The doctor asked, "To what do you attribute your good health?"
The old timer said, "I'm a golfer and that's why I'm in such good shape. I'm up well before daylight and out golfing up and down the fairways."
The doctor said, "Well, I'm sure that helps, but there's got to be more to it. How old was your dad when he died?"
The old timer said, "Who said my dad's dead?"
The doctor said, "You mean you're 80 years old and your dad's still alive? How old is he?"
The old timer said, "He's 100 yrs old and, in fact, he golfed with me this morning, and that's why he's still alive ... he's a golfer."
The doctor said, "Well, that's great, but I'm sure there's more to it. How about your dad's dad? How old was he when he died?"
The old timer said, "Who said my grandpa's dead?"
The doctor said, "You mean you're 80 years old and your grandfather's still living! How old is he?"
The old timer said, "He's 118 yrs old."
The doctor was getting frustrated at this point and said, "I guess he went golfing with you this morning too?"
The old timer said, "No...Grandpa couldn't go this morning because he got married."
The Doctor said in amazement, "Got married!! Why would a 118-year-old guy want to get married?"
The old timer said, "Who said he wanted to?"

I try not to be like that .. but there are times I am. I think it's because every once in a while, I'm just tired and wish Mr. Mo1 would take care of things and I don't think I need to tell him .. if he paid attention.
Like I said, I TRY not to be like that because I know he can't read my mind .. but picking up a few hints that I give would be nice .. LOL

Being the personality type that I am, I have an annoying 'need' to know the 'why' and 'what' of everything.
So when she does that, I get really peeved.
It gets really tiresome.
Sometimes I want to just break it all down and get rid of the problem and start over.

Just got back from another meeting, and it was noticed that we missed a second...
Had a birthday party here, to celebrate everybody's birthday this month... Sang happy birthday.
It was lamented that we missed the Wednesday barbeque in the parking lot, we were out to lunch with the Alpha sys-admin instead.
I donno if I could start a coffee house, you have to put up with city / county / state inspections / permits / taxes and since I once helped run a restaurant in the mountains here, you might say =-----> Been there, done that.

You want to know a weird place where they have great coffee here?
The BMW dealership.
They have a little self-serve coffee bar that features this automated brew-a-cup-at-a-time machine with special cartridges of coffee grounds, and it takes the one you pick, and does a pop -- whirr -- phisss routine, then out comes one spectacularly flavored cup.
I have some paint back ordered and I check occasionally to swing by the coffee maker on the way out.
EPA made the dealership recall all touchup paint because the verbage on the little bottles didn't accurately contain all the legal verbage required. They don't know when the new packages will come in either.

My wife has been doing her genealogy. It is surprising how many centenarians are in her lineage.

heheh - I knew you were smart. The restaurant life is a real killer and meant for 20 somethings, at the oldest.
To: lodwick
The pits with this place was that the waitresses worked for sub-minimum wage plus tips.
It was on the edge of an Indian Reservation, and Indians don't tip.
It was always a problem when a carload of them showed up and wanted service because they didn't tip, didn't try to be nice, and the waitresses didn't want to serve them.
