California had best be thankful they have a 5 year residency requirement, or he would be on the ballot.
I wish New York had had one.

It's a shame I hate air travel so much. Me too .. in fact I've only been on a plane once in my whole life and that was back in 1985

There have been a couple of freepers banned or suspended apparently for not towing the party line and supporting Arnold, and being vocal in their support for McClintock. I've read some of those threads, and the attacks on the McClintock supporters (of which I am one) are just astonishing. It's the "win at all costs" mentality - if the guy claims to be a Republican, if he can win, well, then jump on the bandwagon. Never mind how liberal his views and policy proposals are - there's an R behind his name, and we must line up and support him. Gah. Last year it was Reardon supporters. Now it's Schwartznegger supporters. Those California primary threads got reeaal ugly last year.

The only difference between an airplane and a Mexican Bus today is that there usually isn't a coop with live chickens on the plane. I feel like I need to take 2 showers and burn my clothes when I get off one. I
know I need antibiotics.

Since the Dems have united behind Bustamonte, he is gonna win unless pubbies unite behind one candidate.
Ah-nold isn't good, but he sure is better than Bustamonte, and that is who Simon and McClintock are gonna elect if they stay in the race.

I was basically told by a freeper to stay off those threads because I didn't live in CA and couldn't vote

Oh I'm not making a big deal about it .. there are just a few that are like that .. it's only for a couple months and then they'll be back to calling names again on other issues

Yep - and that in a nutshell is the problem with fr today...intolerant, vicous, idiots who cannot conduct civil discourse.
Good to see you safely home Swerve - I know you had a great time away.
Cheers and nights guys.

I agree up to a point, and I sincerely wish that Simon especially had stayed out of it. The pubbies are showing absolutely no discipline. I will probably end up voting for Arnold just to prevent a governor bustamante. The guy is a racist, not to mention tax the rich and spend flaming lib.
I am furious with Simon. He just looks like a jerk. At least Issa had the class the drop out. I hope McClintock drops out, as well, even though I support him. But, I can't stand the viciousness on those threads. Civil discourse, fine. But the nastiness is inexcusable.
