*****Gary Chapman still lives in the Nashville area. Gary is still involved in the gospel music business. I had met Chapman several years ago. He is a genuine nice guy. I sat next to him at a Dick Cheney campign rally stop in the Nashville area in 2001 and had a great conversation with him. There is a lot more to the Vince/Janis Gill and Gary Chapman/Amy Grant stories than most people know. Maybe it is best kept that way foor everyone involved. Let the good people in this heal.****

I kinda tuned out christian music for most of the 90's so I missed alot of this stuff. I had always heard that Chapman was on Coccaine and that was the reason for the break-up. I saw Amy Grant at the Ohio State fair in 1985 and one other time in 1986 I think it was. Glad to hear that Chapman is doing better.

I wish she would join the Madonna/Ozzie Osburn crowd. Country music would be better off with these taitors on the other side.
