Dixie Chicks fans are furious that Freepers have voiced their opinions on the Chicks official club site.

Freepers are none to happy with remarks the Chicks made demeaning President Bush.

LMAO. :p Yeah, my view is awful, too, half a townhouse in a suburb priced higher than Beverly Hills. And I'm "in-between" jobs, no less, the money I pull from contract jobs is more than enough to get me by through the tough tech times.

Clinton cannot stand being out of the spotlight, like a lot of politicians or, rather, entertainers. I've been waiting until he popped up on TV. :p Expect more of him. But let the anger go, my son, let the anger go. Clinton's a whore. In our current culture, we love whores. We give them TV shows. Heck, it could be worse, he could be doing a REALITY show (now that I said it, Bubba probably WILL).

You're not missing anything at DU. Don't even give them the hits. I'm betting a lot of their traffic boost is due to FReepers visiting and yelling at them, so I tend to boycott the site overall, even if it's linked from here.

Dixie Chicks forum is fun. :p Almost as fun as Sheryl Crow's has gotten.

We never knew what tribe my ancestor was from. I have a picture of her -- she's very severe looking and angular -- and the funny part to me is that she's dressed in what looks like black taffeta and a bonnet! I will look up that tribe you mentioned.

A daughter of one of my mother's friends was a sort of personal shopper in N.Y.C. Must be an interesting profession, but I guess you could meet some real cranks.

Do you like Arizona? Never been. I've seen some lovely photographs from there. Dh and I travel some, our favorite place is the BVI's, and our mutual hobby is photography.
