Hi ya Hildy! Long time, no hear - used to see you on the CAS-list.
Regarding Simson and Garfinckel, all I can't say is "don't know why..." they were on this show. Its sort of like having Vanilla Ice open up, a bunch of relics from their decade. I thought Dustin Hoffman basically said something like that, implying that the 60's were of course the only decade that matters...

That puts me in mind of when Tom Hayden was running for mayor of L.a. a few years back and he actually said he wanted to return the city to the 60's. Blech!

Did Dustin Hoffman seem especially reserved to you? At the beginning, just real reserved. Like he'd been told to keep his mouth shut about the war, and he was almost sulking because of that, like a kid who'd been reprimanded.
