We are going to a Chinese buffett tomorrow, wonder if that will count.

I am sure you have heard of 'hatchet man', someone who takes care of rouge Chinese, probally seen it in the movies. BUT, they had (probally still do) have hatchet men. A Chinese family would come from the old country, a 'association' of Chinese on the west coast would give them money to get started in the new world. IF they failed, they would help them again, fail that third time and don't pay then back, steal from them, the hatchet men would visit them and would kill them. This is true, in my years of law enforcenment we had a large population of Chinese and I have seen killings by them two times, always used a bored out barrell pistol and shot them in the back of the head, hands tied behind them. A little war story my friend for you.

I know something about those Chinese triads or gangs. They still operate in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The Communists managed to pretty much wipe them out in China, but they are making a comeback there too.

My b-i-l is a DA here and recently had a Chinese man held here who had come from New York. He may have been a hatchet man. Didn't speak English so New York sent down a couple of officers including one who spoke Chinese and my b-i-l had to work with them.
