Techie problem.
I've been getting lousy DSL service for months. I try to go through their customer service routine for each event. I'm tired of them not providing 24 hour service.
We have reloaded the current version of Enternet 300. Everytime we sit idle beyond 4-5 minutes the service drops. Then, when we try to reconnect, we have to restart the computer. All other functions on the computer are fine. Something in the software is jiggy. Can you offer some suggestions? I'm running out of creative ways to ask the same questions.
