Once again, notice that the homosexual apologists have taken their ball and gone home. Splendid work.

You meant to say.. "Once again homosexual apologists are doing something else with their weekend and don't have time or interest enough to sit on FR and debate with people who will never change their minds, so I can declare false victory and stare smugly at my screen."
Besides, this thread started about a week ago. How much can be said about the topic?
Congratulations on your splendid work, though. LOL!!

All I want to know is how can there be environmental influence on an imaginary gene or genetic marker if we dont know what gene or sequence to look for?

All I want to know is how can there be environmental influence on an imaginary gene or genetic marker if we dont know what gene or sequence to look for? Really? Let's look at what you quoted and said in conclusions: "The lack of 100% concordance in monozygotic twins suggests that genetic events alone are not responsible for the clefting phenotype" says the study.
"i.e homosexuality is NOT genetic, homosexuality has NO genetic markers like real diseases, homosexuality is a behavioral disorder that is strictly environmental." concludes Clint N. Suhks.
Firstly, I could be bothered to ask (in theory) how a statement that both genes and environment play a role leads to your conclusion that the genes don't exist.
Secondly, I could point out that I've found no study, and you've offered none, showing 100% concordance on any conditions, re: identical twins. And I might point out that you were the one who claimed they exist.
Thirdly, I could point out that I've found no study, and you've offered none, showing that a third type of twin exists in anything other than the theoretical. Further, I'd have to wonder what the existance of such a third type would do to the twin studies involving homosexuality.
Then, of course, funding for the research seems to have come from governmental and charitable agencies, so I'd have to ask (again) what made you think it's commercially driven.
Instead, I'll just point you back to the conversation between realpatriot71 and RAT patrol.

LOL... personally, I think they CAN change.. they just want to continue living a disgusting lifestyle. Hopefully they will see the light before the second coming.

Translation: "I'm taking my ball and going home."

Meanwhile, it appears from Post #307 that JoshGray has returned unbidden, without being "bothered."

I guess I might have taken it to mean you were referring to Josh Gray if you hadn't used "apologists", plural. But you did.

That's not the impression I got. I did see some comments of yours that were sympathetic to gay rights. For that matter, you'll see a few comments of mine that are sympathetic to gay rights. But I didn't see the same strident, "I'll die in the last ditch" defense from you.
But oh well.

Bryan... I don't enjoy "I'll die in a last ditch" fights. They turn so quickly into flame wars, and then they serve no purpose whatsoever.
Still, I think my arguments and ideas pretty firmly sit me in the "apologist" camp, even though I don't feel I'm apologizing for anything. -Erika

Did I interrupt your mutual back-slapping and ass-patting? I mean, it's not like you've contributed anything useful to this discussion.
