What I don't or can't get excited about is his plan to pure money into Africa for AIDS relief. I'm not really against it, but I do think we should keep the funding at home to use in domestic affairs.

I sense a little strategery at work with this one. Despite all of x42's bluster on the issue, for 8 years he did nothing about it. The RATS can't very well complain about it without revealing their own hypocricy, and it proves that Republicans aren't racists, despite all the claims by the left that they are. It also helps put the whole Lott mess to bed.

I didn't think of that strategy, thanks. It would put the race card to bed (at least for awhile). I was just appalled when I saw Pelogsi laughing about the tax cuts. How can they still insist that tax cuts won't help?
