Good Morning.
I got all comfy on the couch to watch the speech and went to sleep before it even came on. I am relying on ya'll to tell me how well GW did. Did he get standing ovations? Did the RATS roll their eyes? What all happened?

He did a very good job Kassie...and again, you can see in the eyes of the Dimbulbs how much he irritates them..hehehehe
I think they had one of two looks on their faces throughout the entire speech...half looked angry and the other half looked stunned....hehehehhee...
Oh yea, and BOTOXIN Pelosi took EYE-ROLLING lessons from Thunder Thighs it looks like.
The most telling sign of how great OUR President did, was Juan Williams' comments to Brit Humme afterwards...he said he was "touched" by a lot of OUR Presidents comments, and he sees now that OUR President is paying attention and DOING SOMETHING about domestic issues, as well as foreign policy ones.

The first part covered mostly domestic agenda....some s.o.'s but the Dems were unhappy about some things, like banning pba. And Unhappy is putting it mildly. The President largely expressed his ideas of compassionate conservatism.
The second part, dealing with Iraq and terrorism, held the nation in thrall, and the House chamber was so quiet, it was unbelievable.
In short, Heartburn time for the Dems!
