Look into Carson Vally Nevada such towns as Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville. Every thing you need and good schools, NV taxes, 30 min to Tahoe, 30 minutes to Reno. Good Fishing.

Flee California as fast as you can!!! Oregon is too leftist and Idaho is COLD.
