Well, the new head of the Black Caucus is Rep. Elijah Cummings. They are apparently trying to revamp their image, so the speeches were low-key and there was lots of hymn-singing.
I did find out, however, that any disparity in education, income, housing, employment, etc. is now going to be labelled "segregation."
