You know, I believe people should open Christmas presents on Christmas morning, learn American history, pay attention to politics, appreciate Renaissance art, and avoid Brussels sprouts. I think I will start a 501c3 and start collecting money.

I know that there are 501c3 groups that do good work, but I have become convinced that they are cash-laundering schemes for certain groups. The thing that gripes me is that they don't have to release any donor names. Why is that? If I am donating to the American Cancer Society or the United Negro College Fund, why would I want to keep it secret? The worst offenders are the presidential libraries and the environmental groups. I think all donors should be listed on line, just like political donors.

I am convinced Clinton is laundering money through his library. I think The Detroit Project is probably funded by a foreign car manufacturer and the DNC.

I think certain 501c3's, particularly dem-sympathetic ones, are nothing more than PACs, and are in direct defiance of the federal statute that defines 501c3's.

You are also right about UOx42. He just recently announced that $200 Million won't be enough for his 'library', and that he is entertaining offers for something like $80-100 Million more. I just find it funny that churches can maintain history for over 1000 years of activity for next to nothin, while Buuba needs a quarter billion for just 8....

avoid Brussels sprouts

Hey! Now you're stepping on my toes. Correctly prepared Brussel sprouts are wonderful. Poorly prepared ones can be horrible though. ;>)

(Also consider this: One of the ways Birr Xrinton can get his hands on the 'library' money is if he 'sells' all of the contents to the 'library'...and EVERYTHING going into that 'library' is owned by him and is in his possession...
