I will be taking a one-week hiatus from Cheeseville to visit my folks over the holidays. Specifically, I will not be here from December 26 through January 1, inclusive.

I am looking for some of the few great patriots who inhabit this domain to sally forth and be recognized by starting the thread during that time.

If any of you "signed up" yesterday, I apologize as I missed the posting. Would you please let me know again? Thanks.

For what it is worth, Lott mad a speech over in Biloxi, MS this A.M. where he said he WOULD NOT resign from the Senate if he does not retain his 'head man' job. He said that he signed a contract with the voters with them voting for him in this state to represent them and he would do so.
