Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

What is really a shame about that picture is that you can't see my boots. The boots made my outfit.
Thigh-high black boots with spiked heels. I might have taken them off by that time, they killed my feet.

Yippee! I finally caught up!
Oh, those boots sound like they were very killer-ma-diller, dudette! LOL!
I remember going to see Motley Crue (my once favorite band) and being barely able to move, let alone SIT comfortably because of the low rise, high hell "granny -style" boots, spandex pants with ripped jeans over them, big thick studded leather belt and tight ripped T-shirt.
