Fines should be announced tomorrow. I'll be interested to see how the league interprets what happened in terms of who was more responsible.

They should fine Hovan for fighting after the game, and fine Favre for spelling violations and failure to shave before a game...

Edwards should have been not merely penalized, but ejected (even if there was only one play left). The reciever was grounded and not resisting - all Edwards had to do was touch him with a hand - and there was no issue of it being a close thing (like with many roughing calls). ...And Sherman defended it after his Sapp comments: Jerk (and worse).

The guy trying to run the interception back for a touchdown after time had expired? That was at worst poor taste. Worth a grumble, but not even public mention.
