My Outlook Email Has Been Frozen by an Incoming Piece of Mail!!HELP!!

I received some email last night into Outlook. When I went to delete it and highlighted it to delete it (it was the first of the group) it opened two windows, the first asking for a download and the second asking me to choose what geographic area to come from. Interestingly there is no choie on the geographic area. I have to sign off the computer to get out of the program lock. I have rebooted Outlook 5 times and it always goes to the above described scene. I imagine this is a virus. What to do?? I have the free version of Zone Alarm on my computer. Help!

Probably Eudora. :-)

That's what I use, simple and does the job.

Same here
(Friends don't let friends use outlook. LOL)

Highlight three e-mails--the one before, the offending one, and the one after--by clicking on the one above and the one below (while holding down SHIFT). Then hit the red X DELETE button.

I am a professional geek, and after cleaning my home system myself, I loaded Ad-aware and ran a sweep. There were five more instances of sneakware still in my system that Ad-aware safely removed. It is free, it works great, even better than a geek.

Ad-aware has saved my brain a few times. If you log into their forum you'll find hints of a version 6 that they are hyping hintfully as amazing. I'm looking forward to that!
