Poor thing! I hope that nausea is short-lived. Here's some cheery news to consider.
Latest Fox News/Opinion Dynamics poll:
If the 2004 presidential election were held today: George W. Bush, 54 percent; Al Gore 28, percent.
If the 2004 presidential election were held today: George W. Bush, 59 percent; Bill Clinton, 24 percent.

FWIW:
Ominous news comes from Arabic cyberspace, with a spate of messages ending with references to "Hour Zero" being near or being prepared. This is the most dramatic feature of a generalized surge in traffic over the last 24 hours on Web sites and forums that have been placed on watch for their apparent sympathy to Islamic extremism and al Qaida. Some messages appear to be coming from would-be martyrs, with phrases like "I beseech Allah's forgiveness and that He reserve my place in Paradise."
These may well be hoaxes, or idiotic scare-mongering, but it got American, British, French and Israeli intelligence officials into a flurry of consultations overnight Monday and Tuesday morning. The Americans, facing the big Thanksgiving holiday with its surge of air traffic this week, are particularly concerned. UPI

IG - you're as bad as me - yesterday was bright and clear and COLD here, with a 7 knot wind out of the north, snow on the ground and an alleged temp prior to windchill factor of 30. I didn't wear a coat all day. It was a bit brisk into the wind, but I just love days like that - makes your blood flow better I think.
Today is overcast with patchy snow falling. My parents are on their way here - from Tyler then Dallas then Chicago finally to here. They should be exhausted by the time they get here. Hopefully all their planes will be on time.
Hope you're warm and cozy down Iowa way. - E

We're expecting 3-6" of snow tonight. I'll try to be as chipper about the winter weather as you are! Hope your parents have a safe trip.

It wasn't Chretien who stepped down, it was his aid.

OOPS! Your are correct sir! My mistake. It was his aide.
Canadian Who Called Bush 'Moron' Quits
TORONTO (AP) - A top aide to Prime Minister Jean Chretien resigned Tuesday over the controversy caused by her private comment last week that U.S. President George W. Bush (news - web sites) was a moron.
Francoise Ducros, who initially offered to quit but was kept on by Chretien, is leaving the prime minister's office after all, said a statement issued by Chretien's chief of staff.
In a letter of resignation to Chretien, Ducros wrote: "It is very apparent to me that the controversy will make it impossible for me to do my job."
"I would therefore like to leave my position as director of communications immediately," the letter said. "I am grateful for the support you have given me during this difficult time."
Chretien accepted the resignation this time, responding in a letter: "In your almost four years as director of communications, you have served the government as a whole, and me personally, with extraordinary skill and dedication." ......................................Blah blah blah.

Oh heck, no need to be sorry. Their names sound alike.
Also, I listen to Canadian radio, and they just had a poll..." Is George W Bush a Moron?".
72% of the Canadians who responded said YES.

I just took a survey: "Are Canadians hoseheads?" and the result was 100 percent "yes." Of course, I was the only one I asked, but I am unanimous in that opinion!

"Are Canadians hoseheads?" I can think of another name to call them Horse's @$$. Of course only 72% of them, LOL.

"I am grateful for the support you have given me during this difficult time." Don't you love the way she makes herself out to be the victim in all this? Hosehead.
