I don't think the Jets will be in any position for a Wild Card, they need to grab the Division Outright.

THat's what irks me. Intelligent Defense, against KC (double covering Holmes), or a little better coaching in the second half against your Browns, and they would be completely in the Drivers seat. They are now, If they can run the table....but that is a verrrry long shot...

Though, at least from the Browns Game, Edwards seems to have learned that it is not a good idea to try to st on a lead....(I hated that even when Parcells was here...even if he does make it work.)

My team still has to play at New Orleans and Atlanta at home, and the Stillers have a one win lead on us. Maybe the Bungles can beat them this week since they won't have Tommy Maddux.

Our head coaches are still learning. I think Davis learned that too after blowing a 14 point lead at home against the Steelers.

Yes, we control our own destiny vs. Buffalo (this week at home) and NE, but Miami is one game up, but with fiedler still fiddling about the sidelines, that is IMHO a given....

However, there is still @Oak, and Denver & GB at home where they are just awful. (plus a trip to Chi...but they should be ok there...)

I have long been of the opinion, that if you are a good ground team and go in at halftime up more than 7, you should come out and run a no huddle to negate the oppositions natural tendency to stuff the line against your back. 4 wide and a good pass catching back, 3 and 5 step drops.

The farther you are ahead, the better it works...

I made money beating up on Miami without Fiedler, till last week, they learned to play without him. Of course the Ravens are not a good team. I had heard that Fiedler may be back Dec. 1st, of course they have pushed back the date twice already.

This is true. And Ray Lewis is not 100%

Me too. Hackett alluded to thinking along those lines after the Cleveland loss, so I guess all of my yelling at the TV is starting to pay off.

teams keying on Martin, it would be less effective

I just hope the Browns can play other teams like they played the Bengals this past week. I know it is a stretch, after all it is the Bungles. But they did contain Corey Dillon and the OL actually opened up some holes, first time this season.
