In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of word for the day. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the word of the day; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....

Dunno about Misstress Rika's location, but I found found both the hide & hair attached to Sir Eala of the Kilted Clan tonight.
(Took him to a safe, simple, fast, and inexpensive local buffet for supper .... and between the two we solved all the world's problems.
Except what size battery you need.
DD's, AAA, or just a bunch of C shells by the seashore for your sore mussels?
He's was in town for a HVAC conference.... (Pretty cool subject if you enjoy politics and exhausting hot air, but sometimes the arguments can get rather heated....)
This (should be) a photo of us afterwards, debating what size batteries you need for Christmas......

Richt enow... The worldis aye altigither tae full o' nice people. Gotta change that. *\;-)

Och aye, it takes a significant charge tae make the sair mussels clam up.
He's was in town for a HVAC conference.... (Pretty cool subject if you enjoy politics and exhausting hot air, but sometimes the arguments can get rather heated....)
Aye but one has tae vent at times, afore they put a damper on't an' makit thee chillout.
(For clarification to engineers and non-engineers alike: in this context "HVAC" means Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and not High-Voltage Alternating Current.)
This (should be) is a photo of us afterwards, debating what size batteries you need for Christmas......
I ken it's nae sae bad for a $10 digital camera!

How marvelous! A picture of the two of you. I bet the conversation was one for the record books. :-)

Now how come y'all can't be in Houston at the same time?? Hmmmmm??? Now, Misstress Teach, how do I 'splain this to ya?
Iffen we was in Houston at the same time that we were here, then we'd be in both places at the same time, and we'd be (relativity speakin' at least) need to four people. But if we were four people at the same time, some "lawyer" might accuse us of becoming duplicated overnight ... but we already had supper this evening once, and we couldn't eat again, could we?

Morning bud, we are on the wrong thread.
How about the Jets, seems like they are salvaging the season well. Just remember if it comes down to the tie-breaker my team goes. Of course if it comes down to Browns or KC, KC goes that's alot mister Can't keep his Lid On, Rudd.
