We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The FBI has issued the following: In selecting its next targets, sources suggest Al Qaeda may favor spectacular attacks that meet several criteria: high symbolic value, mass casualties, severe damage to the American economy and maximum psychological trauma. The highest-priority targets remain within the aviation, petroleum and nuclear sectors, as well as significant national landmarks."
Meanwhile, Iraq has make a makeshift attempt to increase the range of their SAMs by jury rigging a booster stage on the missiles.
Secretary Rumsfeld says any war with Iraq will be respectful of human life on both sides, but the United States will work to get it over quickly.
A jury in Palm Beach county decided a gun distributor had to pay the widow of a slain teacher $1.2 million because the murder weapon used came from them. It is the first such judgment in the Nation.
And the Carr brothers were both sentenced to die in the Wichita Horror case. YES!

When I was a kid my uncles owned a hardware store in a small town. Every now & then my one uncle would have to drive into the city (Mpls.) for "pick-ups" of merchandise from distributors, etc., and he would usually invite my brother or myself to ride along. We always loved it because he would always stop at White Castle for lunch..........I'll never forget it.........he would order 1 or 2 burgers for me.......and a DOZEN for himself ('cuz they're so tiny). It always fascinated me that someone could eat a dozen hamburgers.......
To: MozartLover
They're not THAT big. LOL! You must have been tiny. One or two White Castles wouldn't keep a bird alive.

Yup, I was a widdle kid. Actually, two of them is plenty for me NOW, even. About half-way through the second one they don't taste so great any more.:)

Don't know if you're around but I have been wondering all day how your gig went last night.:)
To: MozartLover
It's time for me to call it a night.
God bless us all. Each and every one.

A few miles north of the town where I grew up was a place famous for it's hot dogs ..... Paul's Place - Home of the Famous Paul's Place Hot Dogs (quite original, huh?). After hubby and I married, we ended up living in a small town about 40 miles north of the place where we grew up. Everyone from our small town went to Wilmington to go to the movies, to go shopping, etc. ..... and stopping at Paul's Place was the order of the day if you wanted a quick, cheap meal on the way to or from Wilmington.
I had a friend who just loved Paul's Place hot dogs ...... she could eat a dozen of the things! Yes, I said she! And the really disgusting thing is that she had a weight problem ...... she tried and tried to gain weight and just couldn't ........ *sigh*
I can just think about food and put on pounds ..... she could stuff down a dozen hot dogs and complain about being too thin. Life is not always fair ...... *whine*

My college roommate used to eat a big bowl of pasta swimming in butter every night in an effort to gain weight.........she is still skinny as a rail. But I comfort myself with the fact that she has thick ankles.:^)
Wel, I'm going to turn in.............it's nearly midnight and I promised myself I'd go to bed EARLY tonight............!!!!!! Lost track of time, I guess.....
Good night Kay, and God bless ya!
