Thank you, it tore me up when she told me about them and I am going to make sure those kids have christmas and the gm as well. She made the statement that she just wanted to live long enough to see the kids happay at christmas time. If she lives she will see them happy this one christmas.

I am off to bed, woke up and though I would check in. I have been watching CSPAN allevening and Shake and Bake put on a show for the longest and I watched his ever move and heard his every word. Its sad, real sad to see a man as he is. He picked up a glass of water a couple of times and was shaking so bad he had to use two hand and still nearly spilled it.

Then there was the 'Witch'. She talked, got caught in a couple of lies AND, she NEVER looked anyone in the eye while talking, not ever the camara. I have aways been taught that you yo speak to a crowd, YOU LOOK THEM in the eyes, Hill-o-ree doesn't and the reason? Simple, the eyes can tell you when someone lie's and she knows it. She swallows hard when she lies as well. If you catch her on TV watch her eyes and throat, they tell the entire story on her.

He had some sort of heart attack about 7 this evening. He couldn't breathe and I was so scared I'd lose him before I could get him to the hospital. God provided me a cop just around the corner. He was writing a ticket for some guy. I pulled in behind him and asked for his help. He didn't miss a beat. He helped me get hubby in the back of his squad car and he took off. I bet he had him at the hospital in 3 minutes flat and he had called ahead so they were ready for him. By the time I got there they already had him hooked up. Fluid build up around his heart. They have him drained down and stabilized. I'm hoping to get him to a good heart hospital tomorrow. On top of that, my daughter-in-law called me while I was in ICU to tell me that hubby's 93 year old uncle had a stroke and is in another hospital across the river. Talk about a bad night. Thanks for prayers for both of them. Uncle's time is probably about up, but my beloved husband has to get well. He's half of who I am.

Oh, sweetie! I can well imagine your fright and worry. Been there, done that ...... only in our case it turned out that hubby didn't have a heart attack. Several years ago he woke up in the night with chest pains. I called an ambulance and he was rushed to the hospital. The idiot doctor there (this was in a very small town) told me he had had a heart attack and then hubby was admitted to ICU.

For nearly 24 hours I believed that is what had happened but got no word from anyone ..... was only allowed to see him for a few minutes every 4 hours. Finally I saw a doctor walk by the waiting room at 11:00 that night and cried out to him, asking what was wrong with hubby. He said they didn't know but had ruled out a heart attack. Even after several days of tests they never determined the cause ..... the best guess was that he had an infection in the lining around his heart and was fine.

But I well remember those lonely, fearful hours of waiting and hoping and praying. My heart goes out to you! And I will be lifting you and your husband up in prayer constantly.

When word gets around among your friends tomorrow, there will be an outpouring of offers to help. Take them up on it. Let people run errands for you or whatever you need. Don't worry about imposing on people ..... the offers are sincere. That way you can preserve your strength for yourself and your hubby.

And I will also be praying for hubby's uncle and his family.
