United States authorities have confirmed the voice on the tape claiming responsibility for the Bali bombings is indeed The Evil One.

Officials from 30 states have agreed to simplify their taxing structure and collect sales tax from online purchases. The proposal is to take effect once the 10 largest states with 20% of America's population have adopted single sale tax rates in their jurisdictions. The states also intend to ask Congress for a mandatory online sales tax regimen.

Republicans are expected to push for a total ban on human cloning early next year. The House has already passed such legislation, but it stalled in the Senate.

The total count of tornadoes in the Veterans Day Outbreak has been increased from 69 to 88, and the number is likely to climb as Local Storm Reports (a National Weather Service telex document) and surveys are reviewed.

Mr. M, thought you'd enjoy this little tidbit. One of my students is a Muslim woman. She is very quiet but always prepared for class and participates in discussions. Last Thursday night she brought in a tray of "baklava" or goodies to share with the class. It is Ramadan and apparently these were goodies they can eat after sundown when the fast is broken for the day. The class lovesd them and I thought she was very thoughtful.

BTW, A really big thank-you to all on Free Republic. That day I saw a posting asking for information about why our college professors hate America and revise history, etc. The poster was asking for information and I was happy to send the student suggested readings by other freepers. I was very grateful.

Doctor's Report..........Lower lumber sprain...no damage to any disc's.

Need physical threapy(sp) for a couple of weeks....no lifting or bending over...now I wait to see if workmans comp will let me go back to work under those conditions....it isn't like I sit at a desk all day.
