I stopped by this little polish food market on the way home from work yesterday only to find they have closed, permanently. What a bummer.

my remaining Pittsburgh accent is pretty minimal, but i pride myself on being able to detect a Pittsburgher, wherever i find them, within minutes of hearing them speak!

I wasn't joking earlier when I stated that Pittsburghese was discouraged in parochial school.
I never developed the hard-core accent.
Only a slight Western Pa. twang.
